Had a bit of a hassle with my order, and it took longer than I’d have liked to get someone to actually sort it. I’m always a bit wary of the usual polished “we value your patience” type emails, because they don’t mean much when you’re waiting around. But once I finally got through to a real person, they were decent, helpful, and fixed the problem without making a big drama out of it. Not a flawless experience, but they did put it right in the end, so fair enough. I’d probably use them again.
